We will work to prepare all the contracts, plans, approvals and we will provide monthly updates on construction progress. On completion we can also find a tenant for you.
You will sign the contracts directly for the land and the build with the relevant parties. This ensures you have full visibility at each step. For a new build the land alone is subject to stamp duty which provides a significant saving over the purchase of an existing dwelling.
No, for a lot of investors the process is completed without seeing the project at any point along the way. For others there is a lot more involvement, that is totally up to you.
