A consummate real estate professional for over 20 years, Jo Hughes' expertise is enhanced by a deep understanding of Albury and Wodonga's planning and development environment. A former Mars and Defense executive, with a degree in Marketing, Jo has led the way in the industry, before moving on to lead an expert team alongside partner Kait Davis under the Project Delivery Co banner.

A multi-generational real estate professional, Kait's property industry experience spans more than two decades and many thousands of successful transactions - both in her early career locally and nationwide before partnering up with Jo Hughes here in her home town. As a leading authority on Albury's property market, real estate is in Kait's blood and the market (particularly through the commercial and industrial sectors) is always in her sights. With the knowledge, connections and strategic know-how to add real value to every transaction, Kait maintains a closely-guarded 'A List' of buyers, sellers, investors and potential tenants – built on a foundation of mutual trust, confidentiality and respect. Whilst recognized as a highly intelligent, agile and creative thinker she has a strategic approach to marketing and yet is equally adept at identifying new opportunities and developing the value in established agreements.
Kait started her career with her family business here in Albury, "Davis Sanders Homes", before moving to Sydney and working with the likes of "Morton" and "Mutliplex" where she became one of the REINSW's sales agents of the year. She then relocated to Melbourne where she became a partner and director of South Yarra's prestigious "Williams Batters" before taking up the helm at "Longview", one of Victoria's largest agencies in a myriad of roles including Office in Effective Control, Head of Strategy, Chief Revenue Office and Board Advisor.
Kait's greatest passion outside of property is her daughter Neve and the decision to partner with Jo Hughes, in her home town, allows her the flexibility to pursue her dreams professionally and personally.
